Bitcoin sharpens decline to week lows

Bitcoin declined on Friday for another session to week lows amid unexpected moves from major investors.

Demand on the world's largest cryptocurrency declined this week amid hopes for a peace deal soon for Ukraine.

At Bitstamp, Bitcoin fell $1,278, or 2.8% to $44,255, the lowest since March 26, after closing down 3.3% yesterday.

Market value of cryptocurrencies fell $58 billion on Friday to a total of $2.07 trillion as most major cryptocurrencies decline.

The current decline was rather expected after some major moves by main investors.

More than 11 thousand bitcoins left their wallets suddenly in March after no such change for nearly a decade.

This one of of the two largest such changes in dormant bitcoin in the history of trading.
